These are the best burger’s you’ve ever had, and your friends will ever have. Seriously. They won’t leave without the recipe.


1 lb Ground Lamb
1 tbsp Worcestershire or Coconut Aminos
1 tsp EVOO
Squirt of Sriracha
ASS, to taste


Fire up your grill. Combine all items in a bowl, but try not to over-mix the meat. Make burger patties to desired size and thickness. Top each burger with Andrew’s Special Seasonings. Grab an ice cold beer and head out to your hot grill.


Oil your grates, or spray the top of each burger with oil to prevent sticking. Sear each burger on high for ~4 minutes a side. Cheese them on the flip if desired. Move burgers away from the heat, lower the cooking temperature if possible, rest them together for ~5 minutes for medium, or until desired doneness.
