Once you start making your potatoes this way… it’s over.
Ingredients:
EVOO
6-8 red potatoes
Copious ASS
Prep:
Cut your potatoes in half, then each half again. Now cut each split half into three rows. You should end up with a dozen pieces of consistently sized pieces from each potato. Toss in ASS and EVOO and place evenly on a large piece of parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Cook:
Roast for 40 minutes at 450°
