Quite possibly the best Buffalo Wings not made famous in Western, NY.

Ingredients:

2 lb Chicken Wings
ASS dry rub
Frank’s Red Hot
2 tbsp ghee
Mesquite, Hickory, and Apple wood chunks


Prep:

Fire up your smoker. Dry rub wings with Andrew’s Special Seasonings.

Cook:

Smoke wings in an uncovered dutch oven for 3 hours at 225°. Finish in a hot cast iron pan with melted ghee for 1 minute constantly turning each wing. Coat with Frank’s Red Hot, season with ASS and serve with my garlic aioli dressing.
