Grilled or seared in a cast iron pan, ASS guarantees a great meal every time.


Salmon filet

Fire up your grill or seasoned cast iron pan. Cover your salmon liberally with Andrew’s Special Seasonings. Oil the grill grates or spray the salmon with oil to prevent sticking.


Sear salmon each side for 4 minutes per side. Lower heat, rest for 7-10 minutes off direct heat on the grill, or finish in 350° oven for 7-10 minutes until flaky.


Leave the skin on. After searing the skin can be pulled off easily before plating.
