Turkey breasts are versatile and delicious – I like to buy them on sale, smoke and use immediately or store in the freezer for later.
Ingredients:
1 thawed turkey breast
ASS dry rub
Mesquite, Hickory, and Apple wood chunks
Prep:
Fire up your smoker. Dry rub your turkey breast inside and out with Andrew’s Special Seasonings.
Cook:
Smoke for 6-8 hours at 225°
